HR Operations (Temp)
Our client is a fast-growing organisation looking for a short-term HR Systems Consultant to support a key project focused on optimising and embedding HR processes within HiBob. This role will play a critical part in reviewing existing ways of working, implementing efficient workflows, and ensuring the business is maximising the value of its HR system.
About the Role
Reporting into the HR Lead, this is a hands-on project role for someone with strong HiBob configuration and process improvement experience. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to streamline HR operations, automate workflows, and create scalable processes across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and improve existing HR processes and workflows
- Configure and optimise workflows, approvals, and automations within HiBob
- Support onboarding, offboarding, performance, and employee change processes
- Document new processes and create user guidance
- Conduct testing and support successful implementation
- Train key stakeholders and HR users on new workflows
- Recommend best practices to improve efficiency and user adoption
About You
We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver who has successfully implemented or enhanced HR processes within HiBob. You’ll be comfortable working independently, influencing stakeholders, and delivering results in a project-focused environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with HiBob HRIS
- Experience implementing or improving HR workflows and processes
- Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR operations
- Process mapping and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver short-term project objectives
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
