Human Resources Business Partner (Note: Based in Taiwan) – Advanced Manufacturing

Frazer Jones is exclusively partnering with a leading multinational organisation within the advanced manufacturing sector to appoint a seasoned Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in Taiwan.

This is a permanent, full-time position that will serve as a key strategic HR partner to business leaders across either manufacturing or corporate functions. The role will play a critical part in driving people initiatives that support business growth, organisational effectiveness, workforce capability, and talent outcomes within a dynamic and fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a strategic HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with operational and commercial objectives. You will provide guidance and leadership across key HR disciplines including workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.

The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting business transformation initiatives and driving proactive people solutions that enhance organisational performance. You will also partner closely with regional and global HR Centres of Excellence across Talent, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations to deliver integrated HR solutions.

In addition, you will play a key role in fostering a positive employee experience, strengthening organisational capability, and supporting change management initiatives within a highly matrixed manufacturing environment.

Ideal Profile

As a guideline, the client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with approximately 15 years of progressive HR experience, including significant HRBP experience supporting senior business leaders within large and complex organisations.

Candidates should demonstrate a strong track record partnering with commercial, operations, engineering, manufacturing, or technical leadership teams and possess deep expertise across organisational development, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership coaching, and change management.

Experience within advanced manufacturing, electronics, industrial, engineering, automotive, or related sectors will be highly regarded. Exposure to fast-paced organisations undergoing growth, transformation, operational excellence initiatives, or organisational change will be advantageous.

Given the highly visible and stakeholder-facing nature of the position, candidates must possess strong communication, influencing, and relationship management skills, with the ability to operate effectively across local, regional, and global stakeholder groups.
