I am a specialist interim consultant who enables clients to deliver business critical people transformations within the UK. I have been developing my interim HR & change community since 2012 and continue to do so, typically working across financial markets and professional services. I hold a proven track record of delivery, which has been developed through many years of experience, working with multiple clients on various assignments across the UK. Genuinely creating long-lasting, trusted working relationships and developing a deep understanding of both my clients and candidate’s needs, providing practical and pragmatic solutions.
My focus is to build out the international interim HR leaders division, enabling clients to deliver short-term and long-term transformations.
My role allows me to operate at the forefront of these transformations, hearing first-hand how businesses really operate, innovate and transform. As a result, I get to meet and network with highly skilled interim managers who are responsible for designing, planning and executing these initiatives.
