I run the commerce & industry and third sector divisions in the UK. This includes generalist HR, talent acquisitions, talent/learning & leadership in a diverse range of sectors. I am fully involved in delivering executive search and senior appointments in the UK and have supported PE/VC owned organisations including post and pre-transaction, PLC’s and business start-ups, typically with Director level appointments. I remain an active member of our growing third sector practise particularly around facilitating and coaching private sector talent.
Since 2007, I have supported a large range of organisations, which includes partnering with a leading oil & gas firm to build out their newly located HR function. I have also partnered with a major pharmaceutical business to appoint a number of key roles within their Global COE for learning & leadership and facilitated the appointment of Group HR Directors for mid-size UK and global commerce businesses. My focus is primarily around building talent pools at a mid to senior level and building trusted relationships and partnerships with individuals throughout their career. Having worked on global search as well as UK based searches I am well versed in what good HR looks like and have moved people internationally as well as repatriated talent.
My versatility during my recruitment career has given me insight into senior interim management, retained search and key account management. I tailor my solutions to meet the needs of my clients and leverage the breadth of our global network to find my clients the best fit for their organisation.
