Our client, a listed and highly regarded global organization, that operates as a large complex global matrix group, with a collaborative, consultative and purpose driven culture, is looking to appoint a Regional Head of Talent Acquisition to lead Asia.

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition based in another region, this individual will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy for Asia, overseeing experienced hire, campus hiring, executive hiring, talent acquisition operations and sourcing, talent acquisition projects, talent analytics and insights as well as personally managing some of your own hiring across the Asia region, working directly with the regional leadership team, spread across a number of geographies.

This is a diverse group with a combination of corporate and blue-collar employees, spread across a number of international markets. While the organization is highly profitable, given the nature of the organization, naturally they are also mindful of margin/cost, the power of data and leveraging analytics to partner with the business, providing best in class talent solutions for the business. It is a sizeable region, delivering circa 1000 – 1500 hires annually across a number of complex and specialist business areas, in a highly competitive and growth industry. This individual will be responsible for leading and developing a sizeable team spread across a number of countries across Asia. Working closely with the global HR and Talent team, you will make sure you are aligning the Asia strategy with the global strategy, but adjusting it for your respective business areas and core markets, with a very relationship driven approach to the role at a time of growth and Talent Acquisition transformation – so it is a highly exciting time to join!

This individual will be an experience Head of Talent Acquisition with a track record leading TA strategy and delivery end-to-end as part of a global group, delivering in a high volume, high touch, fast paced, complex international environment as part of a diverse group, while leading a large team (15-20+ people).
