  • Track and report on talent metrics, programme effectiveness and succession outcomes

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Talent professional who has operated within complex, international organisations and is comfortable working with senior stakeholders. You’ll bring strong expertise across talent management, succession planning and leadership development, alongside the credibility to influence and challenge constructively when needed. Just as importantly, you’ll be happy rolling your sleeves up and delivering solutions in a business that is continuing to evolve and grow.

Requirements

  • Strong background in talent strategy, organisational capability and leadership development
  • Experience supporting performance management transformation programmes

  • Strong project and programme management capabilities
  • Experience operating in complex, matrixed and international environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use talent and workforce data to inform decisions
  • Experience working with talent and performance management systems, ideally SuccessFactors
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, change and organisational transformation
  • A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution
