This role is a great opportunity for an experienced inhouse Recruitment Specialist to join a strong in-house recruitment team, managing business services vacancies beginning to end The role will be primarily based in Leeds as a standalone role, however the role holder will spend two consecutive days in London every second week.
You will be responsible for working with colleagues and hiring managers to identify and manage recruitment needs and requests. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
You have strong experience in an in-house recruitment role ideally gained within a legal, partnership or wider professional services organisation. You are highly organised, able to manage a high workload of vacancies and work well at pace. You are knowledgeable and experienced in a range of selection techniques and sourcing methods and work with hiring manager in order to explore recruitment solutions. You are confident, credible, focused on customer services and finding the best talent for the business.
In return you will work for a forward thinking, dynamic, rapidly expanding international law firm. You will be offered a salary up to £50,000 depending on your recent and relevant experience. You will become part of an experienced team of 12 supporting business services recruitment. Travel and accommodation to London will be covered and any expenses to any further offices.
