Workday HCM Analyst
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and configuring Workday HCM.
- Experience working within a global Workday environment.
- Strong understanding of Workday configuration, business processes, security, reporting, and release management.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and deliver scalable solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Workday Talent Management, Learning, Absence Management, and Report Writing.
- Experience supporting Workday integrations and downstream HR systems.
- Knowledge of HR technology best practices and process improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Workday HCM subject matter expert, providing day-to-day system support and administration.
- Configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes, reporting, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and improve HR processes through Workday functionality.
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement scalable solutions that enhance the employee and manager experience.
- Support Workday security, reporting, downstream system integrations, and semi-annual releases.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that support business and workforce planning needs.
- Create training materials and deliver system guidance to end users as needed.
Location & Compensation
- Location: Chicago, IL
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule with 4 days per week onsite in the Chicago office.
- Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 annually
- Bonus: Eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.
