Shay Clevenger is a Recruiter with Frazer Jones. Shay specializes in administrative support, office and facilities management, and events across the finance space. Shay began her career in athletics, playing Division I lacrosse at Loyola University Maryland, where she graduated with a B.A. in Psychology in 2022. Following graduation, she coached at Boston University before moving into recruiting, where she developed strong relationships with candidates across the alternatives and asset management industry in New York City.
