Payroll Administrator
HR & Payroll Administrator – £40K- Permanent – Charing Cross
My client is a leading FS firm.
Due to acquisition and head count growth, they are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis who has experience of Cascade and enjoys payroll administration.
The role will involve:
- Maintaining employee data changes in Cascade (new starters, leavers, salary changes, etc.).
- Checking and validating payroll outputs provided by Cascade.
- Liaising with Cascade to resolve any payroll queries.
- Supporting HR and Finance with payroll reports and audits.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance
To be considered successful, the ideal applicant must –
- Have strong HRIS or payroll-system skills (Cascade experience preferred).
- Have high attention to detail
- Be comfortable handling sensitive data.
- Have solid understanding of the payroll process and UK statutory requirements (PAYE, NI, pensions).
