Our client is a leading global professional services organization seeking an L&D Director in their NYC office.

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent in the UK, the role will lead onboarding and training across several client-facing practice groups, in a highly strategic yet hands-on role leading a team of 3. They are seeking a leader to design scalable, AI-enabled programs, with strong cross-functional collaboration. The role will have a U.S. focus to start, with ambitions to expand efforts globally in the future.

The firm is 4 days in office with lunch and coffee perks.
