HR Business Partner, Associate Director (Shanghai)

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a global pioneer in renewable energy and smart technology for a confidential search for an experienced HR Business Partner at Associate Director level to join its Shanghai-based team.

This opportunity is ideal for a high-performing HRBP professional with 10-15 years of experience who is motivated to make a real business impact. You will partner closely with key client groups across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics, supporting mission-critical functions within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Candidates with backgrounds in industrial, manufacturing, or technology sectors will be highly regarded, particularly those who understand complex operational landscapes and can translate business strategy into effective people solutions.

As a senior individual contributor, this role does not involve team management, allowing you to focus on delivering both strategic and hands-on HR value. You will work directly with senior stakeholders, requiring strong influencing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complexity with confidence. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with fluency in both English and Mandarin, to effectively engage across a diverse, international organisation.
