HR Manager

We’re partnering with a large utility & telecommunications company to hire a Human Resources Manager to support their corporate IT functions at their state-of-the-art office in West Palm Beach. This is a full-time position, with 4 days on-site in their brand new office, complete with an incredible gym, a stunning kitchen, golf access and monthly team lunches. This individual contributor role reports into an amazing Senior Director of HR and will support over 200 employees, helping to shape people strategy across the business. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive employee engagement, manage employee relations, coach managers, and support performance, development, and compliance. You’ll also lead special projects and help improve HR processes across the business. Ideal candidates will bring solid HR experience, strong generalist skills, and a background supporting corporate teams like IT. Experience with HRIS systems and SHRM/PHR certification as well as union experience are a big plus.
