Role: HR Specialist
Location: Montreal, Quebec
Hybrid: 4 days in office (Monday – Thursday)
Compensation range: $60-80k base salary plus bonus

Our client is a growing investment firm with over 1800 employees globally and is known for their incredible dynamic culture. Working as part of a global team you would be responsible for partnering the North American HR team to support a population of around 500 employees across the US and Canada.
Reporting into the US HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Manage on and offboarding for the North American region.
- Facilitate orientations for new joiners.
- Managing and updating employee records in the HRIS.
- Supporting HR reporting and analysis.
- Manage the HR inbox for the North American region.
- Manage HR documents, compliance and audits.
- Be the point person for queries.
Key requirements:
- 1-4 years‘ experience in HR.
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must be fluent in French.
