About the Role:
You will be at the forefront of attracting and engaging the brightest grads from Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate closely with the graduate team, managing your own client base and implementing innovative talent sourcing strategies. Your role will involve organizing campus events and networking opportunities to support the firm’s talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and assessments, providing valuable insights to the hiring team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and student societies.
- Develop creative strategies to attract top talent and enhance the employer brand.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment events, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure effective onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and identify new opportunities for talent acquisition.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experienced Campus Recruiter or Tech Recruiter
- Experience in proactive search
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Innovative thinker with a solutions-focused approach.
Salary for this role is c.$135,000 + super, dependent on experience.
