As digital innovation continues to drive business success, the HR leader will also champion HR‑led digital initiatives and support a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Ideal Profile
The client seeks an accomplished HR leader with a strong operational foundation and a proven track record of managing HR across multiple APAC markets within fast‑paced, matrixed environments, preferably within the FMCG or adjacent sectors. As a guideline, you should bring at least 15 years of HR experience, with significant exposure to regional HR leadership, HR operations, organisation development, and business partnering. Experience leading HR teams (a minimum team size of 5) and operating in complex, culturally diverse environments is essential. This role requires strong fluency in navigating both mature and emerging market environments, with the ability to harmonise practices while understanding cultural nuances.

What’s On Offer

You will get to work directly with the leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the people and operational backbone of the organisation during this growth period. If you are passionate in developing people, this will also be an excellent opportunity to work with a highly motivated HR team, and to continue developing their skills and capabilities for the longer term.
