HR Business Partner
Frazer Jones are partnering with a global financial services firm in their search for an experienced HR Business Partner to support their Australian business on a parental cover contract for 7 months.
Based in Sydney CBD with flexible/hybrid working (3 days office based) and reporting to a regional Head of HR and local CEO, you will help provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coach, train and support managers to enhance leader effectiveness
- Manage employee relations
- Run the full lifecycle of people processes
- Execute HR projects including Employee Engagement Survey results
- Be excited to work with a global team, sharing local knowledge, understanding their corporate culture and being able to bridge the two
- Facilitate compliance / training activities
- Own HR benefits administration and support payroll as needed
About you:
We are looking for a self-motivated HR professional with hands-on experience advising and coaching the business. You will need to have sound local employment law knowledge and be comfortable in an environment where you need to roll your sleeves up and have the ability to influence stakeholders.
Prior experience working in financial services preferred and you must be available for an immediate start.
Salary is $160K including superannuation FTE.
