HR Business Partner

An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong background gained within a Legal/Accountancy/Partnership-led setting.

This is a regional position with accountability for a headcount based across several offices based in the South to deliver and align People initiatives with the Business strategy. Working with senior stakeholders to build organisation and people capabilities, this will include change management, talent management, salary and pay reviews, performance, organisational design and employee relations.

Alongside your HR Business Partner experience you will have strong understanding of UK employment law and able to actively manage ER case work. Working within a Partnership and therefore experience of working with senior Partners is an essential requirement. The role will require 2 days/week in the office, this could be Bristol or Bournemouth, with monthly travel (3-4 days) to the other office locations.
