Our client, a leading global real estate developer and investment manager, is hiring an L&D Manager to support the property management side of the business. The role will lead learning efforts for ~1k union/non-union employees in areas of the business including engineering, security, cleaning, property management, restaurants and beyond. The role reports to the HR leader for property management.

The firm is seeking experience from relevant hospitality environments and the ability to operate successfully as a standalone L&D professional. The role is positioned for growth, with opportunity to take on additional responsibilities covering the corporate population.

The firm has a 5 day in-office work model in Midtown NYC.
