People Partner & Employee Relations Specialist
Opportunity for a People Partner & Employee Relations Specialist to join a multi-site serviced accommodation provider in Central London.
We are seeking an experienced individual who possesses a genuine passion for driving change, equipping leaders with effective people management skills, and fostering proactive interventions. The successful candidate will be adept at handling a full and varied caseload with a significant focus on absence management.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with operational leaders to effectively manage ER cases, providing guidance and support.
- Develop leaders‘ people management skills through coaching and proactive interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for ER cases, focusing on absence management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for both employees and management, facilitating communication and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and drive continuous improvement in ER processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address complex ER issues and achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements:
- Experience in ER within a multi-site business, preferably in hospitality or accommodation.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence and coach operational leaders in people management.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on driving positive change.
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
Permanent full-time role with 4-5 days on-site across various Zone 1 locations.
Annual Salary: £55k + bonus potential.
