Regional HR Business Partner

We’re working with an exciting retail brand who are seeking to hire a Regional HRBP to support their 10+ locations across Florida. This ambitious company has big plans over the next few years.

In this role, you can manage your own diary, but the role will require regular travel to their regional locations spread across the whole of Florida. The rest of the time will be remote working.

You will be tasked with taking on broad and exciting project-based work alongside traditional HR duties, including employee relations, performance management, succession planning, compliance, onboarding and coaching/learning & development etc.

Our client is seeking a lively and energetic people person who is confident engaging with a talented and diverse hourly and salaried population.
