I’m delighted to be partnering with a leading Bristol-based Professional Services firm renowned for its fantastic reputation, progressive culture, and strong commitment to people development. Contributing to this success is a high-performing Early Careers and Emerging Talent programme, and due to continued growth, my client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Emerging Talent / Early Careers Manager to join the team.

This is a strategic and senior role where you will own and lead the early careers and graduate strategy, ensuring the firm remains an employer of choice and builds a robust, client-focused talent pipeline across the UK and internationally. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, Partners, and HR colleagues to deliver programmes that attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and deliver the overarching Early Careers and Emerging Talent strategy aligned with business and client priorities.
  • Partner with TA and L&D to design innovative attraction campaigns and development programmes that align with the firm’s growth ambitions.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle-from attraction and engagement through onboarding, induction, and ongoing development.
  • Ensure programmes deliver measurable value to clients, including secondments and international placements.
  • Position the firm as a market leader through creative campaigns and strong relationships with universities and industry bodies.
  • Drive impactful DEIB initiatives to ensure talent reflects the communities and clients served.
  • Implement performance metrics and use analytics to measure impact and inform future strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

About You

  • Significant experience managing Early Careers or Graduate programmes within professional services or similar environments.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver strategies that impact business and client outcomes.
  • Knowledge of solicitor qualification pathways and market trends is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate confidently at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Passion for diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
