Senior HR Business Partner
I’m supporting a values‑driven organisation to appoint an experienced Interim HR Business Partner for an initial three‑month period.
This is a senior, operational interim role focused on providing stability, continuity and confident HR leadership during a busy time. The organisation places strong emphasis on fairness, inclusion and doing the right thing, and is looking for someone who brings both sound judgement and a genuinely empathetic approach.
The role will suit a credible HR professional who is comfortable operating autonomously, leading complex employee relations matters and supporting managers and leaders with confidence and clarity.
Key elements of the role include:
- Leading and managing complex and sensitive ER cases end‑to‑end
- Providing trusted, pragmatic HR advice to managers and senior stakeholders
- Working closely with the leadership team to support operational people decisions
- Stepping up to provide direction and leadership to HR team members when needed
- Ensuring HR policies are applied consistently and remain fit for purpose in practice
About you:
- An experienced HR Business Partner or Senior HR Manager with strong operational ER expertise
- Confident, calm and credible, with the ability to bring reassurance during periods of pressure
- Values‑led, fair and empathetic in your approach to people management
- Comfortable balancing sensitivity with clarity and decisive action
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent senior HR experience preferred
