Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to support recruitment operations and strategic hiring initiatives during a period of transition. This temporary role will focus on optimizing processes, supporting transformation and shared services work, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for key roles across various departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Support transformation initiatives, including process implementation, documentation, and clean-up of legacy workflows
- Collaborate with HR and shared services teams to streamline and standardize recruitment operations
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the hiring process
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication and engagement
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and candidate experience enhancements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, must have transformation and shared service experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment systems, processes, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Experience with process improvement and transformation work is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
