I’m supporting a leading engineering consultancy as they look to bring in an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their London office. The role is available due to internal promotion and can be offered either as contract to perm or permanent, clear internal progression pathways for the right person.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing end‑to‑end hiring across corporate and commercial functions
- Focusing on hiring for sales roles
- Driving high‑volume sourcing activity
- Running effective qualification calls and advisory conversations with stakeholders
- Using LinkedIn Recruiter daily for search, pipelining, market mapping
- Supporting wider talent initiatives and internal mobility where needed
What we’re looking for
- Around 3-6 years‘ recruitment experience, agency or in house
- Strong direct sourcing capability and confidence operating at pace
- Comfortable partnering with senior and technically minded stakeholders
- White collar engineering/technical recruitment exposure desirable
- KPI driven mindset beneficial
- Immediate start preferred
