Following a recent acquisition, they are expanding their U.S. operations and building their Talent Acquisition function from the ground up. About the Role:
They are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to lead hiring efforts in New York. This is a mid-level role with high visibility and growth potential.
You’ll be the sole TA representative on the ground in New York, helping to build out the U.S. team and support hiring across two brands:
- One focused on GTM (B2B ad B2C Sales & Marketing)
- The other focused on IT, and IT Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for roles in Tech, GTM (B2B/B2C Sales & Marketing), and Engineering
- Partner with high-level stakeholders to define hiring needs and strategies
- Conduct executive search and strategic sourcing across a wide spectrum of functions
- Implement tools and automation to streamline the recruitment process (minimizing manual scheduling, coordination, and emailing)
- Collaborate with global TA partners supporting international hubs (India, Prague, etc.)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech, GTM, and executive search
- Strong understanding of B2B, B2C, Marketing, Sales, and executive search hiring landscapes
- Tech-savvy and proactive in introducing tools and automation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Excellent communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Hungry to grow, with a strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset
Growth Opportunity:
