Key things candidates must have:

  • VP level so… at least 10 years of LTI/Equity Comp experience
  • Buyside industry experience is ideal but general fin serv can also work
  • Accounting background
  • Carry experience is a must
  • Strong project mgmt. skills
  • Advanced excel / analytical skills / team player / strong comms skills
  • Hybrid – 3 days in office is a must
  • Salary range is 150-190k is posted but if you find someone good with higher comp, please share with me.
  • Reporting into Head of LTI Compensation based in NY
  • Team is Head, 1 VP, 1 non-titled/junior person – this is an add to staff due to growth of responsibilities on the team – aka the carry piece.
