Workday HRIS Analyst
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience working with Workday HCM in a hands-on capacity
- Experience implementing or supporting benefits modules (2+ implementations preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Core HCM and Absence Management modules
- Background in supporting HR systems in a global or large-scale environment
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive data
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
