HR Business Partner
Frazer Jones is delighted to be working on an exclusive role for an HR Business Partner based near Chippenham.
Salary is up to £60’000 + excellent benefits, hybrid working of 3 days on site.
My client is a leading organisation, who are at the forefront of what they do, they need a dynamic and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join their high-performing team. This is a strategic advisory role, partnering closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver people initiatives that drive business success.
You’ll be instrumental in enhancing organisational effectiveness, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting leadership capability. The role offers a unique opportunity to influence change, improve employee experience, and contribute to the evolution of people practices in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Focus Areas:
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to align people strategy with business goals
- Driving cultural and behavioural change across the organisation
- Using data and insights to inform decision-making and improve performance
- Leading cross-functional projects focused on engagement, workforce planning, and organisational design
- Coaching leaders to build inclusive, accountable, and high-performing teams
- Provide up to date and expert advice on employee relations, organisational design and strategic work force planning.
- Support the planning and execution of all cyclical HR activity.
Ideal Profile:
- Proven experience in a senior HR Business Partnering role
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing strategic with hands-on delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical thinking and data skills to inform commercial decision making.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
