HR Co-ordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading brand in Bristol. Sitting within a global HR Shared Services team, my client is looking for an HR Co-ordinator with responsibility for administrating all HR processes and policies while also focusing on process improvement and efficiencies.

The HR Shared Services team supports a UK and International headcount of 1,500 employees to ensure that all global administrative tasks and processes are being designed and executed. Reporting into the Head of HR Shared Services, the HR Co-ordinator will be responsible for the administration of all day to day HR queries, escalating more complex queries as appropriate, that includes the full employee lifecycle: recruitment support; onboarding; all HR administration processes; HRIS input; contractual changes; promotions; compensation information. You will also work very closely with your Manager in relation to continuous improvements and developing ways of working to ensure accurate and efficient processes.

Ideally you will have worked in an HR Shared Services team, with responsibility for HR processes and administration. In addition you will be able to articulately describe your experience and track record in developing and delivering continuous improvements of HR administration processes and policies, and having managed small scale projects and programmes. A confident communicator, you will be able to manage key internal stakeholders and relationships at all levels.
