An exciting opportunity has arisen for HR Coordinator to join a well-known and reputable organisation in the Crawley area. This global organisation are experts within their industry sector and they take pride in providing an innovative and entrepreneurial service.
HR Coordinator, based in Crawley, Paying up to £27,000. Hybrid working on offer.
As the HR Coordinator, you will work closely with the Resourcing team and HR Shared Services team to support the new joiner and onboarding process. This is a newly created Onboarding team that sits within the wider HR Shared Services function. This is a busy and fast paced role where you will provide all the administrative support on the new joiners process to the business ensuring there is a strong focus on a positive candidate experience.
As a HR Coordinator in this newly established team you be responsible for building relationships with candidates and key stakeholders, ensuring all offers and contracts of employment are issued within the agree SLA's, ensuring all relevant new joiners information is sent in a timely manner to candidates and People managers, carry out pre-employment checks and ensure the HR system and trackers are updated with current and accurate data.
If you have proven experience within a HR administration role , have excellent time management and organisation skills and are able to work collaboratively and on your own initiative, this would be of great interest to my client.
