A well established and well know London University is looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition specialst on a full time, permanent basis. The University is based in Central London and is recognised globally as an organisation who offer postgraduate courses for business leaders of the future.
The Talent Acquisition specialist will join an existing team and be responsible for providing proactive advice and support to groups across the University which include business partnering and operations. the Talent Acquisition specialist will discuss recruitment needs with line managers and advise on sourcing strategies while working alongside the HR team on recruitment initiatives across the University.
The successful candidate will be able to apply specialist technical knowledge across a range of different areas to deliver quality talent to the University. The Talent Acquisition specialist will also be able collate and analyse data, ensure processes are fully compliant and provide robust and high quality reports on recruitment trends.
