Benefits Manager
Representing a global professional services firm, we are proud to be leading the search for a Global Benefits Manager. This newly created role will oversee the design, delivery, and compliance of international benefits and wellness programs across a diverse workforce.
This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence culture, build processes, and drive performance. As the Global Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Administering global employee benefits programs including retirement, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and wellness initiatives
- Leading the strategic design and implementation of firmwide wellness and well-being programs
- Acting as the primary global benefits contact for internal stakeholders across all levels
- Providing mentorship and performance guidance to Benefits Specialists
- Supporting the Associate Director of Global Benefits and offering backup coverage as needed
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless global operations
- Conducting market analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive benefits offerings
- Managing high-volume inquiries and delivering a customer-focused experience
- Designing and modifying benefit plans to align with global strategy and local compliance
- Preparing and maintaining benefits documentation and ensuring legal compliance across jurisdictions
- Overseeing regulatory reporting and coordinating with government-sponsored programs
- Managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery
- Monitoring budgets, analyzing variances, and preparing financial reports
- Leading wellness communications and engagement activities including newsletters and events
