We’re partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed health-tech company to hire a Technical Recruiter who will play a key role in scaling its Engineering organization.
The business has experienced significant growth and is entering its next phase of scale. Working closely with Engineering leadership, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, and AI functions, helping attract and hire exceptional technical talent.

What We’re Looking For
- Full-cycle recruiting experience within technology, SaaS, or startup environments
- Success recruiting Software Engineering and other technical talent
- Strong sourcing, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter capabilities
- Experience partnering with Engineering leaders and hiring managers
- Ability to identify, engage, and close high-caliber passive candidates
