People Director
We’re partnering with an ambitious professional services business looking for an exceptional People Director to join its leadership team.
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead the people strategy, building a high-performing culture, developing leadership capability, and ensuring the business attracts, retains and develops outstanding talent as it embarks its ambitious growth plans.
What You’ll Do
- Shape and deliver the people strategy and grow the business in line with the business growth plan
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on growth and organisational effectiveness
- Drive employee engagement, retention and culture
- Build leadership capability and succession plans
- Modernise people processes through technology, data and AI
- Champion a high-performance, people-first culture
About You
- Experienced People Director, HR Director or similar
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset
- Proven track record of working and delivering in a high growth / scaling environment
- Experienced leading through growth and transformation
- Influential, credible and emotionally intelligent
- Passionate about developing people and businesses
- Exposure to private capital investors
- Experience of M&A activity
The role is office based 4 days per week, and will require travel across the UK.
