  • Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Bill 2023 – with changes coming into effect 01 July 2024 – Same job same pay for labour hire, casual employees, minimum conditions for gig workers, low cost jurisdiction for contractors, and the definition of employment
  • Senate Inquiry into Wage Theft – A Senate committee investigated the unlawful underpayment of employees and made 19 recommendations to stop the practice
