On Tuesday 5 March 2024, Angela Franks, Partner Frazer Jones Australia hosted our International Women’s Day webinar “Violence Against Women – What does HR need to know?“ Joined by guest speakers Frances Crimmins, Chief Executive Officer at YWCA Canberra, and Katherine Berney, Executive Director at the National Women’s Safety Alliance, the discussion was based on violence against women, sexual harassment in the workplace and how important it is for all HR professionals to navigate the Respect@Work Act 2022 (Cth) changes and sexual harassment in the workplace.
