HR Advisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor to join a high-performing HR team within a leading professional services environment.
This role is ideal for an HR professional with at least 6-12 months‘ experience in an HR Advisor role, preferably gained within a professional services, legal, financial services, consultancy, or corporate environment.
The Role
Working closely with HR Managers and business leaders, you will provide proactive HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including:
- Employee relations advice and case management
- Performance and probation management
- Absence and wellbeing support
- Family leave administration
- Flexible working requests
- HR reporting and people analytics
- Supporting internal moves and organisational changes
- Maintaining HR systems and employee records
You will build strong relationships with managers and employees, delivering pragmatic and commercially focused HR support.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- A minimum of 6-12 months‘ HR Advisory experience
- Ideally experience within a professional services environment
- Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using HR systems and producing management information
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, collaborative, and client-focused approach
- CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD is advantageous
