HR Generalist
We are partnering with a global manufacturing organization to hire an HR Generalist for their Canadian operations in Montreal. This is a pivotal role for a well-rounded HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution.
You’ll support approximately 400 employees and be part of a small HR team, driving culture, engagement, and operational excellence while collaborating with a talented global HR network.
What You’ll Do
- Culture & Engagement: Develop initiatives that foster inclusivity and a high-performing environment.
- HR Operations: Oversee performance management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management.
- Leadership Support: Aadvise senior leadership on HR strategies.
- Global Collaboration: Share best practices and insights to influence corporate HR strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a manufacturing or fast-paced setting.
- Strong leadership and consultative skills.
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
- Willingness to work on-site 5 days per week in Montreal.
