They’re looking for an HR Generalist / HR Operations professional to join their New York team in a broad, high-impact role spanning HR operations, immigration, recruitment and wider people initiatives.
This is a lean HR team where everyone wears multiple hats. They’re looking for someone bright, commercially minded and high EQ who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and getting involved across different areas of HR.
As the HR Generalist / HR Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
- Owning core HR operations and employee lifecycle activity.
- Managing immigration, partnering closely with external counsel and employees throughout visa processes.
- Leading US Associate recruitment, including search partner management, interview processes, candidate experience, events and offer negotiations.
- Supporting with HR data analytics and reporting.

- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with HR data and Excel.
- Commercial, proactive and genuinely interested in broadening their HR skillset, including exposure to business partnering.
- An interest in AI and how it can be used effectively within HR.
