Reward & Performance, Senior Manager, Europe

Our client is looking for an experienced Reward & Performance Senior Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of reward, compensation, benefits and performance programmes across Europe within a leading international professional services environment.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll partner closely with senior business leaders, HR teams and global stakeholders to drive a modern, commercially focused and data-led reward agenda. You’ll take ownership of regional reward and performance cycles, provide expert advice on complex compensation decisions, lead market benchmarking and pay transparency initiatives, and use insight and analytics to influence strategic decision-making.

We’re seeking an individual who combines deep technical reward expertise with strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to operate in a sophisticated, partnership-led environment. The ideal candidate will have gained significant reward experience within professional services, a partnership structure or a similarly people-centric organisation. This could include legal services, management consulting, accounting, financial advisory or another complex professional services business. We welcome candidates from both in-house corporate reward teams and consulting backgrounds who have experience advising senior stakeholders on reward strategy, governance and execution.
