We are partnering with a highly regarded fund management business to appoint an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of corporate and specialist functions, whilst managing and developing a Talent Acquisition Partner. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving recruitment strategy, improving hiring capability, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across Infrastructure and Family Office functions.
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and provide market insight.
- Directly source and engage high-calibre talent for specialist and senior-level appointments.
- Manage and mentor a Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Improve recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and hiring best practice across the business.
- Manage external agency and search firm relationships.
- Support talent attraction, employer branding, and diversity initiatives.
About You
- Significant in-house and/or search recruitment experience, ideally within financial services, investment management, private investment firms, or family offices.
- Proven track record recruiting across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Executive Support, and other corporate functions.
- Experience managing senior, specialist, and confidential hires.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge senior leaders.
- Previous leadership or team management experience.
- Excellent direct sourcing and executive search capabilities.
