Assistant HR Operations Manager
We are partnering exclusively with an award-winning multinational corporation with over 30 years of establishment. They are looking to hire an experienced Assistant HR Operations Manager to join their Singapore office.
This role will see the successful applicant leading the HR Operations team for the business and reporting to an amazing HR leader. Your role will act as a liaison with other HR Business Partners within the firm and lead local HR projects, including the roll out of new policies and processes. You will oversee all operational aspects of HR for Singapore. Areas you will cover include onboarding, orientations, HR data collection and management, compensation and benefits, payroll, and reporting, at the same time supporting, coaching, and mentoring the team. You will also be responsible for developing and driving service levels and the use of HR analytics and data to support decision making and drive further HR process improvements. You will be delivering an effective and efficient HR service to all business units, managers and employees achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and the highest quality in client delivery to consistently meet and exceed KPIs.
The Successful Applicant
You should be degree qualified and have a minimum of 8 years‘ experience in a HR Shared Services / Operations environment, who have responsibility for a HR Operations team. (MNC ideally). Strong foundation of HR practices, legislations and trends is highly advantageous. You are a proven leader, an effective communicator and possess strong influencing skills. You are highly confident with exposure to senior management.
Critical: Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods / Retail / Luxury Retail industry, team management and strong stakeholder management skills.
Location: Singapore
Compensation: salary up to SGD 100,000 + attractive bonus and benefits
