A fast‑growing global consulting organisation in the digital transformation and fintech space is expanding its People function in Beijing.
With 2,000+ professionals across APAC, EMEA, and beyond, they partner with leading global trading platforms and top digital asset exchanges to drive operational excellence and innovation.
They are now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with strong Talent Acquisition capabilities to support our rapid growth in Mainland China.
– Location: Beijing
– Experience: 10+ Years HRBP with Strong TA Focus; ideally experienced in recruiting Tech / IT Engineering roles
– Industry: IT, Software, Technology, Fintech, E‑commerce, Cloud Services, App Development
What You Will Do:
- Lead the full HR spectrum: Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Training & Development, ER, and HR projects
- Partner with senior leaders to shape and execute HR strategies across the region
- Build TA strategies to support fast business expansion, including channel optimisation and hiring plans
- Manage local onboarding and partner with SSC/Staffing for seamless employee integration
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with China labour regulations, providing guidance to managers and teams
- Drive culture‑building activities, engagement events, and cross‑team initiatives
- Support ad‑hoc HR projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of HR experience, with strong HRBP + TA focus
- Proven track record in hiring Tech / IT Engineering positions
- Background in IT, Software, Tech, Fintech, E‑commerce, Cloud, or App‑based industries
- Solid understanding of China employment laws; regional China experience a strong advantage
- Excellent communication in English & Mandarin
- Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
- Leadership experiences is plus
