Employee Relations Manager
Our client, an iconic global brand in the legal space, is seeking a skilled Employee Relations Manager and expert to support the needs of their corporate teams. Based in downtown Los Angeles, this hire will be a part of piloting and ultimately shaping this growth-related addition to staff. You will enjoy excellent visibility at this key location, and will be part of an incredible group of Employee Relations experts, operating under the direction of their impressive global head of function.
Requirements:
8 or more years of experience in an ER Center of Excellence, ideally at a mid to larger sized financial or professional services firm, will predict success.
Ability to triage and manage multiple employee relations cases, and capable of independently conducting full and in-depth investigations inclusive of:

Demonstrated ability to evaluate retaliation claims

Proven skill in conducting credibility assessments

Experience balancing confidentiality with investigative obligations

Strong investigative judgment and analytical capability
**Exceptional people skills, emotional intelligence, and a strong record of proactively building positive client relationships are crucial.
