Legal Recruiting Manager
Our client is a leading global law firm seeking a Legal Recruiting Manager. This role will lead attorney recruitment processes, summer program operations, and lateral hiring strategy while supporting a high-performance talent function.
As the Legal Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing attorney hiring, managing recruitment operations and reporting, guiding junior recruitment staff, and coordinating key programs including summer associate initiatives, law school recruitment, and lateral hiring. You will collaborate closely with firm leadership to ensure a consistent, effective, and service-oriented recruitment approach.
Our client is looking for a recruitment professional with experience in legal or professional services recruitment, including at least two years of people management. Strong communication, organizational capability, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Experience with recruitment systems and tools, as well as comfort working in a fast-paced environment, is preferred.
