European HR Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll be responsible for providing expert guidance on employee relations, talent management, international mobility, performance processes and employee engagement initiatives across a complex and varied region.
Working closely with local HR teams, office leaders and business stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in ensuring people practices are consistent, commercially sound and aligned with local employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and managers across Europe and IMEA on a broad range of employee relations matters including performance management, conduct, absence management, restructures and terminations.
- Lead and manage employee relations cases, investigations and complex people matters.
- Provide practical and commercially focused advice to senior stakeholders.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple international offices.
- Manage international secondments and mobility programmes.
- Oversee onboarding, probation, family leave and exit processes.
- Support annual appraisal, promotion and remuneration cycles.
- Lead wellbeing and engagement initiatives across the region.
- Line manage and develop an HR Assistant.
- Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant across multiple jurisdictions.
About You
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or above).
- Experienced HR generalist with strong employee relations expertise.
- Previous experience supporting multiple countries, ideally across Europe.
- Exposure to global mobility or international secondments.
- Confident partnering with senior stakeholders in a professional services or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused with excellent communication skills.
