About the Role
Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their dynamic Early Careers team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in attracting and developing the next generation of legal talent. This is perfect opportunity for a Coordinator/Assistant to take a step up into the Advisor position.
This is a permanent position paying £50,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full graduate recruitment lifecycle, from application screening to assessment centres and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with universities and external partners to enhance employer brand visibility.
- Organise and deliver engaging events and presentations to attract top-tier candidates.
- Provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process.
- Analyse recruitment data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience in graduate recruitment or early careers talent acquisition, ideally from the legal industry.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for talent development and diversity.
