As part of their transformative HR progress, there is a need to hire a seasoned HR professional to continue to empower and support the transformation across their Singapore Hub portfolio.
Job Description Deputy
Reporting to the VP of HR Asia and managing a team of HR professionals in the region, the Head of HR for Singapore Hub will be the trusted partner to the senior leadership on HR strategies and roadmap to support a highly ambitious growth plans across their commercial and technology hub. The Head of HR has the commercial acumen and flexibility to understand, analyse and pre-empt any business insights, challenges and/or complexity of market conditions, and provide the necessary HR interventions.
As an organisation that prides itself on organic growth and internal international mobility, the Head of HR will need to support and drive HR strategies pertaining to talent engagement, talent development to ensure a strong and ready pool of talents. This includes working closely with their global COE functions such as Talent Management and Talent Acquisition.
The Successful Candidate
You should have at least 15 years of HR business partnering skills, including experience working with high growth commercial organisation. You should have a prior experience in technology or R&D hubs. You must have a track record of deploying HR transformation programs. You are analytical and solutions oriented individual with a strong commercial acumen to integrate and customise effective strategies and solutions. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive initatives.

Location: Singapore
Compensation: $240,000 per annum, excluding bonus and benefits
