HR Advisor
Frazer Jones are working with a leading International Consulting firm who are looking to hire an experienced HR Advisor/Junior HRBP to their London team. This is an amazing opportunity for an HR Advisor to feel like they add real value in an inclusive and collaborative working environment.
The Role
As an HR Advisor you will play an essential part of the Business Partnering team, providing support for the fee earning population.
Salary up to £45,000
Role duties:
- Provide support on aspects of absence management
- Contribute on HR Projects
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Working closely with the Reward team regarding renumeration process
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
- Partner with your client groups on their business plans and agendas
